Fiji's Ministry of Immigration issues the ordinary, official, diplomatic and emergency passports, and it publishes one photo guideline page for passport photographs. Ordinary adults apply online and then attend an Immigration office for biometric enrolment. People living abroad use the nearest Fiji embassy, high commission or consulate, and a biometric waiver can be requested in specific cases.
Only one document page exists for the country, the passport. The photo size is 3.5 x 4.5 cm. Prints should come from a professional studio, because photos from ordinary printers and Polaroid prints are not suitable. Missions in Wellington and Canberra add their own photo lists, which are stricter on glasses and head coverings than the Ministry's page, so check the mission that will handle your application.
