Overview
The Marshall Islands has one document page here, the passport. The RMI Embassy in Washington says the Office of the Attorney General has sole responsibility to issue and process passports, and its page tells applicants in the United States to mail the application to Majuro.
Photos are submitted on paper with the form. Two official documents give different sizes: the frame on form PA-002 is marked 35 x 45 mm, and the embassy text says "2x2" without a unit. The embassy asks for a white background and for the name to be written on the back of each photo. No head size, digital upload or glasses rule is published, and a 2026 ePassport upgrade may change the process.
