This guide covers the Central African biometric passport. The embassy in Paris, the only official source with a photo rule, asks for six colour photos in "4 X 4" format on a white background. The notices write no unit, and no photo rule from Bangui was found.
Overview
Central African passports are a national document. Outside the country they are requested from the embassy that covers the applicant's country of residence, which in France means the embassy in Paris hosting a technical mission, with enrolment, a yellow collection slip and passports returned from the government weeks later.
The photo list is short: six colour prints, a white background and a "4 X 4" format that the embassy writes without a unit. For applications made inside the country, no photo specification has been published online.
