Sierra Leone issues its passports through a single authority, the Sierra Leone Immigration Department, headquartered in Freetown. Its website no longer carries the old printed-form checklist and instead directs applicants to an online passport portal, with a separate tracking page for submitted applications.
That is the only document with its own page on this site. The photo rules are thin: the portal names the photograph and a signature image but no dimensions, and the last published paper checklist asked for three passport-sized photographs on a white background.
