Overview
The Ivorian passport is produced by SNEDAI under police control, and applicants enrol in person, either at an agency in Abidjan or through an embassy abroad. Fingerprints and the photograph are recorded at enrolment, and embassies add their own checklists for the printed photo.
There is no single published photo specification. The requirements below come from the government portal, SNEDAI and three embassy pages, which do not agree on the number of prints or on the dimensions.
