Overview
Liberia issues ordinary passports through one authority, the Passport Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Applications go through its online passport portal, which offers appointments at centres in Liberia and abroad, or in person at the Ministry in Monrovia, where a paper form is also available.
The photograph is described in the Ministry's Passport Regulation as a recent colour photo of the applicant's facial view, and elsewhere only as passport-size. The portal adds a 1MB photograph note and a statement that the centre takes your photo, fingerprints and signature. Liberia has no separate visa, licence or identity card page here, so every photo question for Liberia concerns the passport.
